In this webinar I describe two new Swedish laws that are in force since August 1, 2017.
- The Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act
- Registration of Actual Control Persons Act
I highlight the most important parts of these laws and provide a checklist over what to think about when applying the regulations. It’s a lot to considerate so I believe the checklist will be appreciated!
