I’ve finalized and delivered the documentation to Accountor Training for a new webinar on “Shareholder Contributions” (text in Swedish follows further below).
Content
In this webinar I describe the regulations, accounting and taxation of shareholder contributions, with the pros and cons for each type of contribution. Lots of references allows the participants to continue on their own.
A presentation video will be recorded with me on August 21, 2017 and published on the web page of Accountor Training.

The webinar is in Swedish and it will be held on one occasion.

Under webbinariet beskriver jag regelverken, redovisningen och beskattningen av aktieägartillskott, samt fördelar och nackdelar med varje typ av tillskott. Dokumentationen innehåller gott om referenser så deltagarna kan gå vidare själva.
