I’ve finalized and delivered the documentation for a new webinar to Accountor Training on “Forbidden Loans” (text in Swedish follows further below).
Content
In this webinar I walk the participants through the regulations in the Swedish Companies Act, on prohibited loans and securities from a company to shareholders and the board of directors. I also point out in which cases there are exceptions, and when dispensation can be obtained and how to do. Accounting and taxation is covered, and my documentation contains lots of references to allow the participants further actions on their own.
A presentation video will be recorded with me on August 21, 2017 and published on the web page of Accountor Training.

Under webbinariet går jag igenom reglerna i aktiebolagslagen om förbjudna lån och säkerheter för ägare och ledning. Jag visar även på undantagen som finns, när det går att få dispens och hur man gör.
